The Nursing Research Innovation and Development Centre of Lisbon (CIDNUR) is a specialised unit of the School of Nursing of the University of Lisbon (ESEUL), dedicated to Research and Development (R&D) activities.
CIDNUR officially began its activities on 1 March 2021.
Mission
CIDNUR's mission is to develop fundamental, applied and experimental research in nursing, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and the principles of Open Science.
Vision
To be an outstanding research and development unit, recognised nationally and internationally for its excellence, and for generating value and innovation in nursing and health.
Objectives
Generate nursing knowledge.
Promote the translation of nursing knowledge.
Disseminate nursing knowledge.
Support the study cycles of ESEUL and Higher Education Institutions in which ESEUL participates.
Foster the scientific development of the ESEUL faculty members and CIDNUR researchers.
